Tuzla Airport has commenced operations of the INVOLI/ANSART integrated air traffic management (ATM) system, featuring a Voice Communication System and a combined ADS-B & MLAT surveillance system.
Awarded in late 2023, the project was delivered within four months. The new ATM system is expected to significantly boost the operational capabilities at Tuzla Airport and is designed to support the Aerodrome Flight Information Service (AFIS) certification that the airport is actively pursuing. Tuzla offers a range of services from flight information to general aviation and helicopter operations, and is a critical hub for flying schools. The airport is also exploring integration with green aviation and uncrewed aircraft systems.
INVOLI and ANSART recently formed a partnership dedicated to local and regional airspace management.
