The Global Uncrewed Traffic Management (UTM) Association’s (GUTMA) second harmonised skies event of 2022 takes place online on 12 July at 09.00-13.30 (JST). Centred around the topic “How can we transport more passengers, cargo, and data by drone? “, the APAC UTM Summit will focus on the policy, regulatory, and industry issues related to key Asia-Pacific markets.
Regulatory frameworks in the APAC region are different from country to country: every state is aware of the global nature of UTM and drone technologies, yet it is difficult to provide harmonized answers. The event’s sessions will offer a view on the latest UTM state-of-play in several APAC countries as well as a panel discussion on the need for harmonization.
