Altitude Angel partners with JALUX to advance UTM deployment across Japan and Asia

Unified Traffic Management (UTM) company Altitude Angel has partnered with Japan-based JALUX Group to promote the advancement and deployment of Altitude Angel’s UTM platform to organisations and businesses which are responsible for airspace management, including airports, landowners, and seaports across Japan and Asia.

Altitude Angel partners with agencies who have regional and local relationships with regulators, organisations, and enterprises, coupled with a strong understanding of domestic markets across a wide spectrum of industries. This global partnership programme aims to introduce Altitude Angel’s GuardianUTM platform to enable drones to undertake BVLOS flights to deliver life-saving medicines, conduct surveys of critical infrastructure and undertake more complex missions in both integrated and unsegregated airspace.

On JALUX joining its Global Partnership Programme, Richard Ellis, Altitude Angel, Chief Business Officer, said: “JALUX are uniquely placed to establish Altitude Angel’s GuardianUTM technology across Japan and the Asia Pacific region. As a respected business with a strong focus on the Japanese and Asia Pacific territories, they are ideally placed to partner Altitude Angel in this market.”

JALUX has a broad portfolio of businesses in several industries across the globe. The company operates through four business segments: Aviation and Airport Unit, Life Service Unit, Retail Unit, and the Food & Beverage Unit.
