Drone services company Innov’ATM is recruiting for the position of Executive Assistant, Office Manager working for the Toulouse office. Responsibilities include:

  • You will be responsible for the physical and telephone reception of the company;
  • You will assist the managers in all their tasks, coordinate diaries, manage schedules, appointments, correspondence and events;
  • You will coordinate the travel of the company’s employees;
  • You organise internal and external information, often confidential, relating to the company’s operations;
  • You will draft and proofread documents of various forms and content (reports, correspondence, minutes, etc.);
  • You will manage various company matters (archiving, management of supplies, various service providers, etc.).
