Eurocae expands activities of UAS standards committee

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) of the European standards agency Eurocae has expanded deliverables by WG-105, the working group responsible for developing Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) standards. In a virtual meeting of TAC members on 25 June and 2 July, the committee approved the addition of several new deliverables to the work programme of WG-105:

  • Technical report on Comparison of Eurocae/RTA OSEDs related to DAA for RPAS (SG-1);
  • ED-280 revision A guidelines for UAS safety analysis for the Specific category (low and medium levels of robustness) (SG-6); and
  • Guideline for a SAIL II application of SORA (SG-6).
