WATMC 2022: Droniq, American Aerospace, OneSky, Blue Sky, Iridium scoop the 2021 UTM/ATM awards

Droniq, America Aerospace Technologies, Inc/OneSky Systems, Inc and American Aerospace Technologies/Blue Sky Network/Iridium Communications scooped the UTM awards at this year’s 2021 ATM/UTM Awards, organised by Air Traffic Management Magazine and Unmanned Airspace.

The following were the shortlisted entrants and winners for the UTM categories:

Runner Up:  D-Fend – Enforce Air

UTM/ATM Communications:

Winner:  American Aerospace Technologies, Inc., Blue Sky Network and Iridium Communications – Global SATCOM based C2 solution for UAS in the NAS

Runner Up:  VANTIS/uAvionix – First implementation of dedicated aviation grade C2 network for UAS
