DroneShield has signed two partnership deals which extend the company’s counter-UAS (C-UAS) capabilities into more mobile applications.
The company reported its participation in a recent C-UAS demonstration with Parsons Corporation has showcased how interoperable technologies can help organizations detect, track, and respond to evolving drone threats. “The demonstration brought together advanced sensing, command-and-control, and counter-drone technologies within a common operational environment, highlighting how organizations can leverage best-of-breed capabilities to improve situational awareness and accelerate decision-making during complex security operations,” said DroneShield in a press release.
“As part of the demonstration, DroneShield provided drone detection, electronic warfare, and mitigation capabilities within Parsons’ DroneArmor™ command-and-control environment. The event highlighted how open architectures enable technologies from multiple providers to work together, giving operators greater flexibility to build solutions tailored to mission requirements.”
At the Eurosatory event yesterday the company also reported it had signed a partnership agreement with Defenture, a Dutch company specialising in tactical mobility solutions.
“The MOU will combine DroneShield’s counter-UAS hardware, software, command-and-control, and operational support capabilities with Defenture’s on-the-move vehicle platform expertise,” said DroneShield. “Together, the companies aim to progress a coordinated market deployment roadmap for an air defence and counter-UAS command-and-control solution suited to modern operational environments.”
