Denmark’s Terma A/S has completed the acquisition of OSL Technology, a UK-based provider of counter-drone security and safety systems. The acquisition is part of Terma’s strategy to bolster its capabilities in counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) and critical-infrastructure protection.
OSL specialises in the civil airspace domain, helping airports and other infrastructure sites detect, track and manage drones and other aerial threats in complex environments. Terma has a record of supplying radar and command-and-control solutions to navies, air-defence units and critical infrastructure operators.
The team now combines defence-grade sensors with AI-driven analytics, bridging civil and defence practices into a single C-UAS system that is designed to detect, track, classify, decide and respond to threats within seconds.
