US Customs and Border Protection service extends its C-UAS RFI to May 22

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has extended the deadline for its ID CBP-CUAS-RFI-2023 request (RFI) on the current availability and technological capabilities of a Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) to address current and future threats and gaps regarding unmanned aircraft systems from 8 May to 22 May.

The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) and Air and Marine Operations (AMO) “are interested in learning more about solution concepts and associated technology to counter the threat of Unmanned Aircraft Systems, commonly referred to as drones, which includes the capability to detect, identify, classify, track, and/or mitigate these threats. “
