T3 Defense Inc. has acquired a 60 percent stake in Project35, a developer and manufacturer of drones, aerial interceptors and counter-uncrewed aerial system (C-UAS) technology.
Project35 supplies Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), ELTA Systems, Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and Elbit Systems, as well as the Israel Ministry of Defense. Over the past three years, the company has focused on developing an autonomous, aerial interceptor designed to neutralise hostile UAS within seconds of detection using a proprietary AI tracking and guidance system. The interceptor recently successfully completed a series of initial live-fire field trials.
Project35 expects revenue of approximately USD 2.4 million for the 2026 fiscal year, following unaudited revenues of approximately USD 1.4 million for the 2025 fiscal year.
T3 Defense expects to work with Project35’s management team to support commercialisation, production scaling and expansion into additional customer programmes, as well as investing USD 2.5 million directly into the company’s operations over the next 12 months.
