DroneShield is supplying several of its drone protection products to the Philippines to provide mass crowd protection during the 30th Southerneast Asian Games from 30 November 2019 to 11 December 2019. The Games are expected to include 11 participating nations and approximately 9,000 athletes, and consist of 530 events across 56 sports. The event is expected to attract an audience of approximately 500 million viewers. Additionally, the event will be utilised as a product demonstration opportunity to a large number of event security organisers, law enforcement and militaries across the region and globally. DroneShield drone protection equipment has been deployed at several events during 2019 including the Olympics, the Commonwealth Games and ASEAN events.
