The Colombian Air Force has selected French manufacturer Cerbair’s mobile counter drone system to protect air bases in Colombia. The supplier announced the contract award at a reception taking place at Expodefensa in Bogota in the first week of December 2019. The equipment delivery will feature the company’s RF spectrum technology combined with jamming capability to protect against individual and swarms of drones according to CerbAir CEO Lucas Lebell.
