AeroVironment awarded USD 500M US Army contract

The United States defence department has announced that AeroVironment Inc. will provide commercial counter-unmanned aerial systems and counter small-unmanned aerial systems capabilities to the US Army.

The contract is valued as USD 500 million. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 29, 2029.
