Ondas has acquired DZYNE Technologies in a transaction valued at USD 875.8 million.
US-based DZYNE is perhaps best-known in counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) circles as the manufacturer of Dronebuster, a man-portable C-UAS used by the United States military, and the IonStrike interceptor that is designed to detect, track and physically defeat hostile drones in flight. Ion Strike has been purpose-built to counter the Shahed-136 class of one-way attack drones and other emerging aerial threats.
Ondas has formed Ondas Sentinel, a dedicated operating division unifying its growing US portfolio of autonomous defence technologies. Initially intended to integrate World View and DZYNE, it combines C-UAS, persistent ISR, autonomous effects and mission intelligence into a scalable organisation.
Ryan Hartman, Chief Executive Officer of World View, will serve as Chief Executive Officer of Ondas Sentinel, while Matt McCue, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of DZYNE, will become Chief Technology Officer of Ondas Sentinel.

It is updated every month and broken down into niche sub-sectors (net-capture, missiles, intercept drones, detectors etc) to give C-UAS procurement and industry personnel a unique perspective of global C-UAS technical capabilities and market positions. It is available in word, PDF and excel formats and Unmanned Airspace readers are eligible for a range of discounts.
