The Italian Civil Aviation Authority, ENAC, has published the draft UAS geographical zones regulation along with a comments form for feedback.
The regulation establishes the requirements for the establishment of UAS geographical zones; establishes the cases in which the reservation of airspace is required for UAS operations;
and defines the criteria for conducting UAS operations within airport premises.
The consultation period will end on 24 July 2026.
