The Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification ISO 27001 recognizes organizations that have implemented best practices for information security management. The IT Service Management System (ITSMS) certification ISO/IEC 20000-1 recognizes organizations that have implemented best practices for IT service management. The standard is based on a process approach and provides a framework that organizations can use to plan, implement, operate, monitor, and improve their IT service management system.
