Keeta Drone has resumed deliveries in Dubai after a pause.
The company began operations in Dubai in 2024, after receiving a commercial drone delivery operation certificate from the country’s civil aviation authority (DCAA).
DCAA later required specific clearances under a revised framework. Keeta had to map out and receive official clearance for designated routes to ensure they did not interfere with restricted airspace, emergency paths or other low-altitude traffic. The resumption is in line with updated safety guidelines and agreements designed to safely integrate heavy commercial drone traffic into public residential areas, local parks and shopping centres.
The pause also enabled the company to restructure its operations in Dubai. The service will initially operate from Silicon Central Mall.
