AirData UAV is joining the Commercial Drone Alliance (CDA), bringing its operational platform into the industry coalition for drone policy and progress.
Part 108, which is expected to take effect later this year, introduces new operational requirements across pre-, during and post-flight documentation, personnel roles, risk-categorised operational areas and mandatory continuous data reporting.
Lisa Ellman, CDA’s CEO said the operational data provided by AirData will help to safely unlock the potential of the drone economy alongside Part 108.
AirData’s platform enables operators to meet Part 108’s requirements, including checklists, automated compliance documentation, flight logging and fleet-wide analytics.
