Airbus seeks business analyst for the advanced air mobility portfolio

Airbus is seeking applications for the role of Business Analyst to contribute to the definition and the implementation of the overall Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) portfolio. This will comprise dimensions like the go-to-market strategy or the value chain positioning, and the business models across the 6 bricks: eVTOL, Airspace, Flight Operations, Support & Services, Vertiports and B2C, says Airbus.

The candidate will be responsible for running projects and strategy analyses, contributing to the definition and the implementation of the overall AAM portfolio. This will comprise dimensions like the go-to-market strategy or the value chain positioning, and the business models across the 6 bricks: eVTOL, Airspace, Flight Operations, Support & Services, Vertiports and B2C. In more details, you will:

  • Support the strategy definition on the Advanced Air Mobility(AAM) perimeter and provide strategic analysis and scenarios to support decision-making. Synthesize precise recommendations for top-management
  • Model the AAM business to understand sensitivities, ensure the AAM strategy leads to positive return on investments for Airbus and support partnership activities
  • Drive technology scouting on relevant areas (e.g. Electrification, Autonomy, Aerostructure)
  • Create a program of collaboration across Airbus entities for the identification, selection and implementation of identified synergies for AAM related to technology, services, products or capabilities
  • Perform and coordinate competitive intelligence activities in support of strategy projects and analyses
  • Align communication and buy-in of the defined strategy with all relevant stakeholders and collaborate with the Airbus-wide strategy community
