Air Space Drone expands data available to drone operators, adding national heritage fauna and flora sites

U-space service provider Air Space Drone (ASD) has added to its context map the Natura 2000 Areas across Europe. This network gathers natural or semi-natural sites of the European Union with a great heritage value by the exceptional fauna and flora they contain. The company’s FLYSAFE solution supports drone operations in low-altitude airspace.

ASD has also updated the data of the National Inventory of Natural Heritage (INPN) of July 2021 concerning the other natural areas.

These new features enable drone operators to take into account biodiversity issues during missions and to fly without disturbing nature.

The new feature is available for free until 15 October 2021 on the company’s FlyBy application.
