Space-Eyes, Inc. and McKinley Acquisition Corp. have entered into a definitive business combination agreement. The deal, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, will see the combined company operate under the Space-Eyes, Inc. name.
Eric Trump, son of current US President Donald Trump, is a strategic advisor to Space-Eyes. The company said the new entity will be listed on the Nasdaq stock market and trade under the ticker symbol CUAS, subject to approval by Nasdaq.
Space-Eyes provides AI-enabled, sensor-agnostic counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) designed to detect, track, identify and mitigate unauthorised and hostile drones across critical infrastructure, military installations, borders and mass-gathering venues. The company’s C-UAS platforms are built on CATE AI, its proprietary fusion engine, which integrates radar, RF, EO/IR and satellite inputs into a single air picture. The platform is sensor-agnostic.
The same engine is part of Space-Eyes’ broader geospatial intelligence platform, which combines satellite and multi-sensor data for awareness across land, sea and air for governments and enterprises.
Space-Eyes says it is now scaling from prototype deployments into “large-scale, sole-source production contracts”.
