M-tron Industries Inc. has received a follow-on order for USD 6.8 million from a US Department of Defense contractor in support of several counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) radar programmes. The order consists of several products, including high performance, oven-controlled crystal oscillators.
M-tron said the C-UAS radar programmes are “receiving strong traction” both within US defence procurement channels as well as from federal civilian agencies. The system is anticipated to be in production past 2030.
Work under this contract will take place in Orlando, Florida through 2027.
