Ukraine’s General Cherry and France’s Alta Ares have signed an agreement to integrate AI guidance into the Bullet interceptor.
Under the agreement, General Cherry will integrate Alta Ares’ proprietary Pixel Lock AI-powered terminal guidance software and Cyclop C2 system for mid-course guidance into the Bullet, which is designed to take out aerial threats such as Shahed drones.
Pixel Lock detects, identifies and tracks airborne targets in real time before autonomously guiding the interceptor toward its objective. Using multi-sensor fusion and advanced computer vision, the software is designed to maintain precise target tracking and interception even in GNSS-denied and electronically contested environments.
Alta Ares recently closed a EUR 50 million Series A financing round.
