France’s C-UAS company CERBAIR “acquired by Latour Capital”

French counter-UAS company CERBAIR has announced in a Linkedin post it has been acquired by asset management company Latour Capital with the participation of the Defence Innovation Fund.

Cerbair manufactures the HYDRA 300, which uses advanced radio frequency technology to detect malicious drones.

Latour Capital supported by the Defence Innovation Fund via their Bpifrance Deeptech Venture team.
