Ukraine’s SkyFall has unveiled the P1-SUN JetKiller interceptor counter-UAS drone developed to destroy Russian jet-powered attack drones.
According to the company, the interceptor is equipped with a computer vision thermal camera, reaches speeds of up to 370 km/h, has a range of up to 30km, operates at altitudes of up to 9,000 metres, stays airborne for up to 15 minutes, and carries a 500gram warhead.
The company says its AI-based terminal guidance system enables the interceptor to detect and lock onto enemy targets at high speed. Integrated with its remote control system, the interceptor can be operated from anywhere in the world.
SkyFall also noted that integration with its remote control system allows the interceptor to be operated from anywhere in the world.
