Eurosatory 2026 – Safran announces sale of Skyjacker C-UAS system to a European country

Safran Electronics & Defense has signed a contract with a European country for the delivery of its Skyjacker Advanced counter-drone solution.

“Designed around a modular and scalable architecture, Skyjacker Advanced combines a command-and-control system with the ability to integrate a wide range of detection and identification sensors and effectors,” said the company in a press release. “This open architecture enables seamless integration into existing defence networks and across multiple platforms, providing armed forces with a flexible and adaptable counter-drone capability.”

Leveraging advanced GNSS spoofing technology, Skyjacker is in particular capable of neutralizing hostile swarm drones by altering their trajectory through the simulation of navigation signals, said Safran.
