Anduril to acquire Klas and establish Dublin office

Anduril Industries has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Klas, a specialist in edge computing and tactical communications. The acquisition, pending regulatory approval, brings Klas’ range of hardware into Anduril’s autonomous systems and connected warfare capabilities.

Klas is best known for its Voyager line: a modular family of computer and networking systems designed to survive extreme temperatures, jamming, dust, and denied environments. Voyager is already deployed as part of Anduril’s Menace family of systems, supporting operations across ground, maritime, and air domains.

This acquisition builds on that foundation. Anduril’s Lattice software platform, autonomy, and sensor capabilities will be unified with Klas’ infrastructure for mission-tailored systems.

Klas will continue operating from its facilities in Ireland and the US, with plans to expand manufacturing to support demand across the Anduril portfolio. The deal also establishes Anduril’s first office in Dublin, furthering the company’s international presence across Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and Taiwan.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
