Allen Control Systems (ACS) and CX2 have partnered to provide integrated counter-uncrewed aerial system (C-UAS) capabilities for the United States and its allies. The partnership will focus on developing integrated C-UAS systems for mobile, expeditionary, fixed-site and maritime operations, where distributed forces require adaptable, layered defence.
Both companies’ technologies are included in the Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF-401) C-UAS Marketplace, a US Department of Defense initiative designed to accelerate the procurement and deployment of C-UAS capabilities.
The collaboration brings together ACS’s Bullfrog autonomous weapon station, which turns existing weapon systems into C-UAS platforms, with CX2’s electronic warfare and RF sensing systems that are designed to detect, classify and geolocate RF emissions to identify threats and enable electronic disruption.
Both companies support open architectures and rapid integration, enabling new sensors and capabilities to be incorporated as operational requirements evolve.

The Fall issue of the 2026 Unmanned Airspace Global Counter-UAS Systems Directory is now available. The guide is the world’s only comprehensive, continually updated directory of global C-UAS companies and systems. It itemises over 1,000 C-UAS products and services with performance details, company sales and partnerships arrangements. It is updated every month and broken down into niche sub-sectors (net-capture, missiles, intercept drones, detectors etc) to give C-UAS procurement and industry personnel a unique perspective of global C-UAS technical capabilities and market positions. It is available in word, PDF and excel formats and Unmanned Airspace readers are eligible for a range of discounts.
