Electro Optic Systems EOS has announced that its R400 lightweight remote weapon system is now listed on the US Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) 401’s counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) marketplace through EOS Defense Systems USA.
The marketplace was established by JIATF 401 to simplify and accelerate the procurement of C-UAS technologies by eligible US government customers. Operating as an independent e-commerce platform, it enables customers to review performance data, compare available system and place orders through the US Army contracting mechanism.
Access is also expanding to participating allied nations by the end of the month. Currently, 23 countries are cleared for participation, enabling them to procure pre-cleared counter-small UAS technologies through the marketplace.
