Multiple press reports say Polish-Ukrainian Molfar Defence Technologies has raised EUR1.5 million from Swedish investment firm Front Ventures to expand its engineering team, notably in radar technologies, signal processing, and counter-UAS (C-UAS) systems integration. Molfar develops tactical radar solutions for early detection, localization and tracking of small aerial threats in complex operational conditions. The company plans to conduct field trials in Ukraine and NATO countries to move from prototype to systems ready for operational deployment.
“Autonomy in drone technology and the development of swarm systems are making aerial threats faster, more coordinated, and harder to intercept,” said the company website. “Molfar develops tactical radar solutions for early detection, localization and tracking of such threats in complex operational conditions, providing the data needed for defence systems to neutralize them effectively.”
