The Spanish Army has selected the Beretta Benelli M4 A.I. Drone Guardian counter-uncrewed aerial system (C-UAS) semi-automatic shotgun to protect troops and infrastructure. The M4 is already used by the Spanish military, including the Air Force, Space Force and Marine Corps.
The deal is reported to be worth more than EUR 1 million.
In addition, Beretta has recently launched a new C-UAS remote controlled weapons station. The LIVET platform is equipped with eight Benelli Drone Guardian systems to support the protection of strategic assets and critical infrastructure.
