Ukraine’s Defender Media reports Strix Air has begun serial production of its Air Baby interceptor drone, already deployed Ukrainian forces to destroy Russian Shahed drones. The drones are available on the Brave1 media platform.
“According to Strix Air, its interceptor is 30% cheaper than comparable systems,” reports Defender Media. “Its price on the Brave1 marketplace is 36,000 UAH with a daytime camera and 58,000 UAH with a thermal imaging camera…..The interceptor’s maximum speed is 280 km/h, with an operational ceiling of up to 5 km. It can carry a 500 g warhead, with a maximum flight endurance of 15 minutes under combat load.”
