ANRA seeks to expand Dubai team to support planned UAE projects

ANRA Technologies is recruiting for its new office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The company is looking for an experienced stakeholder engagement and regulatory expert to support a strategic aviation project in the UAE in collaboration with local stakeholders including the civil aviation authority.

This is a dual-role position responsible for managing stakeholder engagement across government, regulatory, and operational bodies, while also providing technical regulatory guidance and compliance support for the project’s successful execution. ANRA says the ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation regulation – particularly in U-space, UTM, and drone operations – with experience in working alongside both civil and military aviation authorities.

The company is also seeking a resident engineer to oversee both maintenance operations and quality control for an aviation infrastructure project at Al Maktoum International Airport, delivered in collaboration with Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects and Dubai Air Navigation Services. The role combines technical oversight of ongoing infrastructure and system maintenance with quality control during installation and commissioning, ensuring alignment with local regulations, aviation standards, and stakeholder expectations.
