Altitude Angel has released the results of a public survey it carried out in 2022 on the use of drones. Over 65% of respondents were existing drone users and 70% flew for recreational purposes.
The survey identified users’ top four challenges as the following:
- Getting permission to fly
- People interrupting while flying or not understanding the rules
- UK weather
- Regular rule changes.
The need to open up the skies for routine automated drone use is becoming increasingly important, says Altitude Angel.
