Inteliports reports successful completion of tests using its Inteliport GO automated drone port at Snowdonia Aerospace Centre in North Wales as part of beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) trials.

During the demonstration, the Inteliport GO exhibited automation capabilities, including its parcel loading rover. This feature allows for seamless integration with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), says the press release. Inteliport technology of Inteliport is designed to support autonomous loading, retrieval, and charging for drones, aimed at reducing human intervention and enhancing operational efficiency.

Inteliports collaborated with regulatory bodies such as the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), industry partners, and innovation accelerators like Connected Places Catapult. This collaboration aims to ensure the safe and responsible integration of their drone logistics network in the UK.
