Digital Force Technologies (DFT) has been awarded a three-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum value of USD500 million by Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF-401) to provide counter-UAS capabilities under the Domestic Shield initiative.
The contract covers DFT’s counter-UAS systems for force protection, base defence and counter-UAS operations, including requirements in the US and overseas.
DFT said its SeraphimOS software architecture is designed to combine data from multiple sensors and support threat detection, tracking, identification and engagement. The system can integrate sensors, effectors and other third-party systems.
The company said its C-UAS systems support both kinetic and non-kinetic effects and can operate in contested or communications-degraded environments.
The contract supports JIATF-401’s Domestic Shield initiative, which aims to accelerate the deployment of layered counter-UAS capabilities to protect military installations, critical infrastructure and personnel.
Individual orders will be placed under the IDIQ contract as requirements arise.
