The United States Army is inviting industry to submit an application to provide counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) technologies for potential participation in Project FLYTRAP 6.0.
Project FLYTRAP is a recurring US/UK exercise uniting manoeuvre forces, industry and the acquisition community to rapidly field emerging C-UAS technologies and inform Army requirements. Approximately 1,000 soldiers will operate across 50+ square kilometres in a large-scale combat operations environment to evaluate emerging C-UAS capabilities.
Selected participants may be invited to deploy their systems and provide equipment to US Army units for continued operational evaluation following the event. The invitation is open to companies from around the world.
FLYTRAP 6.0. is currently expected to be held in May 2027.
