Manna Air Delivery is looking for a Permitting & Entitlements Manager based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The company launched its first full-scale metropolitan US operation in Tulsa in July.
The new role has the responsibility for permitting and entitlements across all of Manna’s US markets, including Tulsa and Dallas Fort Worth and future markets.
Duties will include zoning clearance, use determinations, variances, special and conditional use approvals, through to decision. Pre-application meetings, technical negotiation with planning staff, and presenting Manna’s case at planning commission and hearings alongside corporate affairs where the engagement is political, will also be required.
Building relationships and reviewing prospective cities and regions will be crucial to the role.
Manna requires candidates to have substantial experience securing land use, ordinance-based and construction approvals across multiple jurisdictions, with a track record of scaling a permitting programme rather than running individual applications. Experience managing a large pipeline of concurrent approvals through structured project systems is also desired.
