Allen Control Systems (ACS) has raised USD 200 million in Series B funding, which will be used to scale manufacturing and accelerate deployment of its autonomous weapon station, Bullfrog, as well as support the development of new product lines.
The round was led by Smash Capital, with participation from existing investors Craft Ventures, Rally Ventures, Inspired Capital, Litquidity, Forum Ventures and others.
Bullfrog combines AI, computer vision and precision robotics to provide a full kill chain up to Group 3 UAS. ACS has received contracts through Joint Interagency Task Force 401 and allied military customers, and Bullfrog is already deployed with the US Army and US Navy. ACS says the system demonstrated a 100 percent success rate during Technology Readiness Experiment 2026 (T-REX 26-1), a US defence department counter-drone test event.
