High Lander launches registration and approval platform for CAAs

High Lander Aviation has launched Vega Registry, a registration and approval platform for Civil Aviation Authorities and governmental entities to manage changing regulatory environments.

Vega Registry consolidates pilot, drone and organisation registration into a single interface supported by structured manual approval workflows. The platform has a fully configurable architecture that is designed to mirror the exact legal and operational framework of the managing authority. It uses configurable forms and real-time conditional logic, enabling administrators to modify data fields and intake requirements quickly without software engineering assistance.

Security and localisation are maintained via native Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations with national identity frameworks, tiered user roles with scoped data access and automated certificate issuance. The system also streamlines regulatory overheads by integrating directly with existing national e-payment infrastructures via dynamic payment codes and enabling reviewing officers to issue document amendment requests directly within the active portal workflow.
