Ghana CAA seeks views to shape future U-space CONOPS

The Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) is conducting its first General Coordination Survey for the deployment of an uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) traffic management (UTM) framework in Ghana.

The information collected will provide a baseline for the national Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for U-space, helping to identify both the present situation and the future needs of the sector.

The results will serve as a starting point for the progressive development of a UTM framework in Ghana, ensuring that the integration of drones into the airspace reflects the real operational environment and expectations of users.
