GUTMA releases operator to USP service level agreement template

The Global UTM Association (GUTMA) has released its Operator to USP Service Level Agreement template.

The document provides a comprehensive framework for defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between Uncrewed Service Providers (USPs) and drone operators, outlining responsibilities. It also addresses performance metrics to encourage transparency and collaboration on technical expectations, data exchange, and integration roles.

The following GUTMA Task Force members contributed to the creation of the template: Airwayz, ANRA Technologies, ARCGine, Civil Aviation Authority of Israel, Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority, US Federal Aviation Administration, Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation, Heron, HHLA Sky, High Lander, OneSky Systems Inc., Protaso, ResilienX Inc., R-SYS, STRADAai, TruWeather Solutions, Wing and Zipline.
