Aselsan has presented new versions of its counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) equipment at the SAHA 2026 defence and aerospace exhibition in Istanbul.
The new version of the Ejderha high-power microwave weapon system features an integrated radar and upgraded electro-optical systems. The company says the system, which is designed to neutralise lone or swarm mini and micro UAS, has improved its engagement effectiveness and evolved into a fully autonomous, stand-alone system.
Aselsan also unveiled a new version of its Gökberk C-UAS platform, a directed energy system for protection against close-range aerial threats. Developed for critical facilities, land platforms, energy plants and headquarters, the updated system uses an indigenous 10 kW laser source to neutralise targets.
Alongside these C-UAS tweaks, the company also introduced the KORAL AD electronic warfare (EW) system that integrates electronic support and electronic attack for long-range detection of hostile radars and the ILGAR mobile electronic attack system for targeting communication systems.
