Polish military eyes Korean C-UAS

Korean manufacturer Bstarcom will participate in counter-uncrewed aerial systems (C-UAS) combat demonstration hosted by the Ministry of Defence in Poland.

The week-long demonstration will be held in April and is part of the East Shield project, which aims to establish counter-drone systems along the Poland–Belarus border. A global tender under NATO supervision is scheduled for the first half of 2027. Bstarcom plans to focus on the Electronic Warfare (EW) sector during the upcoming demonstration. Additional rounds of combat demonstrations are expected to follow.

In addition to the demonstration, Bstarcom is scheduled to deliver its hybrid counter-drone ‘3-in-1’ system to the Polish defence ministry in July. The company recently supplied a vehicle-mounted version of the system to the Republic of Korea Marine Corps.
