Applications are now open for the Oregon UAS Innovation Challenge 2026.
The Oregon UAS Accelerator has made updates that welcome more unmanned ecosystem members to the challenge.
The challenge previously required technology readiness level (TRL) 6 and beyond, but the 2026 challenge will accept applications from TRL 3 and above in a new ‘pioneer’ track. Expanded focus areas now include sensors, ground systems, robotics, payloads and artificial intelligence/machine learning.
Non-dilutive grants of USD 5,000 – 9,000 are available, along with access to the Pendleton UAS test range and 14,000 sq miles of controlled airspace.
The application deadline is December 4, 2025.
