Visionary Machines signs distributor agreement with Imrex in Singapore

Australia’s Visionary Machines has signed a counter-drone agreement with Singaporean defence and aerospace distributor Imrex.

The agreement includes Visionary Machines’ Pandion Sentinel system, which is designed to provide passive, multi-domain drone detection, tracking and classification without detectable emissions. It can be integrated with third-party command and control systems for precise targeting.

In December, the Pandion Sentinel took part in a series of live trials against ‘red team’ drones as part of Canada’s Innovation for Defence Excellence and Security sandbox, which was held in the dense city environment of Ottawa Canada.

Spencer Ong, President and Owner of IMREX Pte Ltd. said that the Pandion Sentinel’s counter drone situational awareness sensing is an important addition to its portfolio and highly relevant to customers confronting increasingly sophisticated small Group 1 and Group 2 drone threats.
