AeroVironment has been awarded a five-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and counter-UAS (C-UAS) systems from the United States Army Contracting Command.
The USD 874.26 million contract will support future foreign military sales. The systems available under this IDIQ contract include the Titan C-UAS system as well as specific variations of the JUMP 20, P550, Puma and Raven UAS. Training, initial spares packages and logistics support The Titan radio frequency (RF)-based C-UAS is designed to be rapidly deployed in challenging rural and urban environments to detect and defeat threats. It uses AI/ML driven analysis and is adaptable for mobile, dismounted and fixed-site missions.
