Moog Inc and Echodyne Corp have announced an agreement to accelerate the development and demonstration of integrated hardware and software solutions for defense applications by combining Moog’s weapon-system capabilities with Echodyne’s radar systems.
“This collaboration will enable Moog and Echodyne to work together on expanding integrated air and missile defense (IAMD) capabilities, airfield safety systems, and combat vehicle platforms,” said the companies in a press release. Moog and Echodyne plan to collaborate on test and experimentation, product development, demonstrations, and new business pursuits across a variety of applications in support of national security priorities.
Echodyne, the radar platform company, is a U.S. designer and manufacturer of radar systems for defense, government, and commercial market applications. Moog is a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and systems integrator of high-performance precision motion and fluid controls and control systems.
