Terma is helping to deploy an integrated counter-drone system across multiple critical infrastructure and military installations in Denmark. The company’s announcement comes as Denmark is witnessing a rise in unidentified drone activity.
The system includes an array of multiple SCANTER radars, combined with electro-optical and infrared cameras with embedded AI models. Terma’s situational awareness systems combine multidomain data in real time to deliver a single, integrated picture.
Designed for rapid fielding and continuous operation, the suite detects and tracks small drones and is suitable for operation in cluttered environments, enabling operators to manage hundreds of simultaneous targets.
Terma says the rollout builds on long-standing cooperation with Danish and NATO partners and reflects a broader pipeline of initiatives that it is developing with national authorities to counter evolving drone threats.
