CHAOS Industries raises USD510M in new funding to support C-UAS radar development

CHAOS Industries has raised USD 510 million in new funding led by Valor Equity Partners, with participation from previous investors 8VC and Accel, at a USD 4.5 billion valuation. The new capital will support expanded product development and manufacturing of the company’s counter-drone radars.

The company is working with the United States military with a view to developing a new radar system at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida by using training scenarios that realistically mimic modern technology being deployed on the battlefield in Ukraine and other conflict zones.

CHAOS Industries also recently announced the acquisition of Ziva Corporation, a specialist in wireless time synchronisation.
